Second Year Placement
  • The Second-Year Placement application form will be open from March 21 - May 22.

Form – Course Conflict

  • Guidelines
Course conflicts are discouraged. First year students are not permitted to register in course conflicts. Most faculties and schools normally do not permit course conflicts (e.g. Faculties of Commerce and Science).
A course conflict request will be considered if all instructors/coordinators approve. Fill out the course conflict registration form with an explanation of how the conflict will be resolved and the approval signature from the instructors/coordinators.* You must discuss your plan with all instructors involved in the conflict and, if they approve, they sign the form.
After the Add/Drop period, you will need to have the approval of your academic advisor as well.
It can take up to 7-10 business days to process.
  • Please fill out the Course Conflict form and attach it below. File size must be <1MB.
    Drop files here or
Max. file size: 20 MB, Max. files: 10.
    • This form will take around 5 business days to process. I understand it is my responsibility to fill out this form completely and any missing sections will result in delays. I have read the eligibility guidelines and to the best of my knowledge I think I meet them. I understand it is my responsibility to check SSC. EAS will reach out if there are any issues.
