In-Person Inquiries
We are available to answer your questions at the front desk during opening hours.
We offer drop-in academic advising available during opening hours, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Advising Appointments
Academic Advising appointments can be booked via PD Portal. These appointments can be offered either virtually (via Zoom) or in person at the EAS office. Appointments are available to book until midnight the day before the appointment.
*Please note: only current Engineering Undergraduate students can book advising appointments. If you are a prospective student or a UBC student from another faculty, please contact us via another method.
Virtual Drop-In Advising
EAS offers Virtual Drop-in Advising multiple times a week via Zoom available on a first-come-first-served basis. Virtual drop-in sessions are usually busiest at the beginning of a session.
Registration Requests
For registration requests including section switch, course conflict, auditing a course, taking graduate courses, credit limit increase or taking courses at UBC Okanagan:
