In-Person Inquiries
EAS staff are available to answer questions at the front desk during opening hours.
We also offer drop-in academic advising available during opening hours, available on a first-come-first-served basis. To minimize your wait, we recommend booking an appointment (see below), however we welcome walk-in queries during our office hours.
Advising Appointments
Academic Advising appointments can be booked via PD Portal. These appointments can be offered either virtually (via Zoom) or in person at the EAS office. Appointments are available to book until midnight the day before the appointment.
*Please note: only current Engineering Undergraduate students can book advising appointments. If you are a prospective student or a UBC student from another faculty, please attend our Quick Questions virtual-drop in sessions, or come to the EAS office for an in-person inquiry instead.
